Evaluation of Automatic Lane-Change Model Based on Vehicle Cluster Generalized Dynamic System

چکیده

Abstract The lane-change transportation research usually focuses on the efficiency and stability of macro traffic flow while ignoring driving comfort individual vehicles. And many studies models are often limited to performance a single vehicle, which leads lack macroscopic evaluation. To solve above limitations, an automatic generalized dynamic model is adopted. In this model, behavior vehicle considered as excitation restraining force between vehicles described with car-following model. Macro micro evaluation indexes also adopted evaluate in flow. Furthermore, paper proposes modified intelligent driver (IDM) describe state change process during lane change. hyperbolic tangent transition function used eliminate mutation. simulation results show that proposed can reflect parameters compared traditional IDM HC-IDM achieves higher lower fluctuation
